Necessary Documents

Please ensure you have the following documents

1. Passport
2. Original Driving License
3. One of the following (A or B):
- A. International Driving License Based on the Geneva Conventions of 1949:
  - Paper version only (no digital version is acceptable)
  - Issued by specific authorities, such as na automobile asociation in your country of origin (be cautious of fake online companies)
  - Valid for 1 year from the date of issue
- B. Driving License Translation:

Payment Method

Please note that there are two separate payments required at the time of rental (Rental Fee and Van Damage Deposit)
We offer several payment options for your convenience.
Please review the details below:

1. Rental Fee:
The remaining amount, after the booking deposit has been deducted, will be payable at the time of rental
- CASH Payment during van pickup in JPY or other major currencies
  - we accept EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, SGD, AUD, NZD, CHF
  - Most ATMs have daily withdrawal limits, so you might not be able to withdraw the full amount:
- PAYPAL payment during van pickup or in advance
  - Additional 4.5% commission applied
- Credit Card payment during van pickup
  - Visa, Mastercard, and American Express only (no cash cards accepted)
  - An additional 4% commission fee applies
- International Bank Transfer
  - Accepted at least 2 weeks before rental
2. Van Damage Deposit:
- CASH Payment in JPY or other major currencies
- PAYPAL payment during van pickup or in advance
The van damage deposit will be fully refunded when the van is returned undamaged.

VAN PICK UP

Van pick-up is available from 9 AM to 5 PM at Japan Campers' office in Tomisato City. If you cannot arrive during office hours, please contact our staff to discuss alternative options.

Please choose one of the options below:

The shuttle is available from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Please call us when you are ready to leave the airport, and we will provide more details on how to locate our shuttle bus.

Choose pick-up time:

Airport Arrival Procedures: +1 hour

Tokyo / Haneda to Narita transportation: +1.5 hours

Additional information:

If you can't arrive on time, please contact our staff to arrange another possible pickup time. Customers with reservations will be served first, so we may ask you to wait.

The shuttle is available from Keisei Narita Station (pickup spot is in front of APA Hotel). Please call us when you are ready for pickup, and we will provide further details on how to locate our shuttle bus.

Tokyo / Haneda to Narita transportation: +1.5 hours

We provide free shuttles from hotels near the airport and central Narita city. Please call us once you have checked out and are ready for pickup.
